Ever since I was young I would dream of a few things. At the time I never thought much of it, but I have come to recognize that the law of attraction has applied to my life in an enormous way that I couldn’t imagine.
My dreams were to; get married, own a house, kids, and stay at home. Well, now I have all of those working for me. I did have to work in the beginning of the scheme of things, but it only gave me the experience to be where I am now. Once I lost my job, I was basically forced to stay at home. There was no way in this economy I could get paid as I was making at a childcare center. Not only that but childcare for your children is not cheep!
Since the economy has changed we have had to add extra income to our wallet, who hasn’t? This has brought me to my first investment; cloth diapers!
One day we needed to buy diapers. I went to Costco where we bought them for my daughter and they were up $20! That is now at $50 a box! Say what? That night my husband and I were in a panic. We can’t afford that! That is about $75 a month just for diapers? That night we went on craigslist and found someone selling cloth diapers. The next day we were able to pick them up and get started. To my surprise it was not hard at all! We did start out with 10, and it was a bit of work, so I got into a cloth diaper class. I loved it! I then discovered that I could be a representative for a company and earn money from my sales. That has been great, but cloth diapers are the best consumable because once someone buys them you don’t have to come back for more!
Just recently my husband’s job suffered a set back a good $10,000 a year, maybe even more. So we have arrived at the best opportunity we feel to make a difference in this crazy economy; Shaklee!
A friend of mine was telling me about how great some products are and how they are great for the environment etc. I was curious and wanted to hear more. The day I was introduced to them it was amazing. I was thinking how great of a company to let you have the opportunity to use the best products. At the time I was just interested in the products. Even my up-line said to me that she could see me doing this. I told her that I didn’t even see me doing this, and I was just interested in the products. However when I went to go place a order for the items that I wanted it was just over $50 and if I got what I really wanted it would have been $125. So then I see if you joined and spent a little more you could be a distributer and make a carear out of it, and get all the products I wanted anyways! But something intrigued me. The fact that I could share this with everyone and how great this stuff really is, and that I could make a business off of it and so could everyone else! One of the selling features of the products is that it has been a long time since I have met someone who has a great vibe and wants you to succeed. It is the most amazing presence that I have experienced with someone; I knew I wanted to be a part of that. So I joined Shaklee, in hopes to take on the world!
Well now I am married, own a home, have kids, and work from home! Imagine that! I was so thrilled the first time I had a conference call and actually have meetings! It is true and I am living proof that it can happen. All the years when I worked I dreamed about this, and now here it is, right in my hands! Thanks for reading all about me! Christy
